About Us

Justin J. Tyler, Attorney

With his business background, IT expertise, and unique legal training, Justin is a new kind of lawyer. After graduating with a degree in Computer Information Systems, he worked as an IT consultant for a large multinational IT consulting firm, and has assisted dozens of small businesses as an IT freelancer. After law school, he was an associate attorney at ASU’s non-profit teaching law firm dedicated to training new lawyers in a variety of practice areas. There, he focused his training on estate planning and business law. Inspired by his family’s long heritage of small business ownership, Justin loves helping small businesses and families achieve their goals through his unique combination of skills as an experienced estate planning lawyer, business lawyer, and former IT professional.

Our Services

Family Trusts

Family Trusts

Trusts allow greater flexibility in determining how and when children, loved ones, individuals with special needs, and other beneficiaries receive an inheritance. Trusts also ensure a smooth transition and keep your family out of probate court.

Wills

Wills

Without a last will and testament, Arizona law determines who will be in charge of your estate, how your assets will be divided and distributed, and who will be appointed guardian over your children.

Powers of Attorney

Powers of Attorney

If you are incapacitated due to an accident or illness, powers of attorney allow someone else to act on your behalf to make financial and healthcare decisions.

Probate

Probate

Probate is the court process where, using either Arizona law or an invidual’s last will and testament, a judge decides who will be in charge of an estate and how the estate assets should be distributed.

Business Law

Business Law

From entity selection and formation to operating agreements and buy-sell agreements, ensuring the right legal documents are in place can help small businesses succeed at what they do best.

Real Estate

Real Estate

Real estate professionals often have a wide range of legal needs, including structuring partnerships for rentals, preparing documents to satisfy a title company, foreclosures (trustee sales), and evictions (forcible detainers).
